We had a big notary job, deeds, trust, POA etc. Called a bunch of local places most not being cost effective or could... not provide extra services needed. We found Joseph and he went above and beyond to serve! Communication through texts with fast response. Office located in a busy big strip mall with lots of parking and good places to eat. Joseph didn't just stamp and sign. He explained what certain documents were saying with examples. He was a very patient and professional. His office also does insurance and retirement. Received an excellent service from this firm. Foremost is its adherence to COVID-19 safety protocol. It was reassuring... that Annabelle would seriously (strictly) remind their clients to wear their masks properly AT ALL TIMES. Joseph and Annabelle patiently and thoroughly discussed the process of how our documents are to be authenticated by Apostille certificates. They even showed examples of Apostilles emphasizing that a Philippine Consular “Red Ribbon” is no longer needed. We are grateful Joseph accommodated our request to have our 97-year old mom sign our documents and his notary public logbook while she remained in our vehicle. Most importantly, this couple had our documents duly apostilled within a week. We submitted our documents on a Saturday and had them back the following Thursday. Amazing!read more
